Named for Isabella and Marco
IsaMar takes its name from the two children of our founder and CEO, Donna Lagares — Isabella and Marco. The name is a reminder of who the work is ultimately for.
Donna founded IsaMar in Miami in 2025 to give enterprises and prime contractors a certified woman- and Latina-owned partner that can take on serious technical scope, not just fill a percentage.
